The advanced search syntax can be used to search for the text contained in sticky notes. The syntax for sticky note searches is shown below.
{LF:Sticky="Value"}
The term Sticky is used to indicate that a sticky note search will be performed. The term Value represents the sticky note text that will be searched for. This value must be enclosed by quotation marks.
When performing a sticky note content search, try to be as specific as possible. Sticky note searches are always performed using wildcards before and after the specified value. The following sample syntaxes are equivalent.
