Finds all records by checking frozen status. This search option can either find non-frozen records or find frozen records. You can limit results to those frozen records that have a particular word or phrase in the frozen reason.
To search for frozen records
From the main browser toolbar, click Search.
If the Frozen search option is not currently visible, click Records Management Search and select Frozen from the list.
Perform one of the following:
If you would like to find all records that are not frozen, then you should select the Find records that are not frozen option.
If you would like to find all records that are frozen, then you should select the Find frozen records option. You can also refine a frozen record search by searching for frozen records with a specific reason. Select the Search in frozen reasons option and specify a reason. Note that wildcards must be used to search for a specific word of phrase in a reason.
Click Search, which appears at the bottom of the search pane.
