Searching by Frozen Status

Finds all records by checking frozen status. This search option can either find non-frozen records or find frozen records. You can limit results to those frozen records that have a particular word or phrase in the frozen reason.

To search for frozen records

  1. From the main browser toolbar, click Search.

  2. If the Frozen search option is not currently visible, click Records Management Search and select Frozen from the list.
