Finds all records that have a particular word or phrase in the disposition authority.
To search by disposition authority
From the main browser toolbar, click Search.
If the Disposition Authority option is not currently visible, click Records Management Search and select Disposition Authority from the list.
Type in the disposition authority you wish to search for. Note that wildcards must be used to search for a specific word in a disposition authority. By default, the search will only return exact matches.
Click Search, which appears at the bottom of the search pane.
Note: By default, any of the records management searches involving text perform an exact search. In order to search for particular words or phrases, you must make use of wildcard characters, for example, the * character.
