The advanced search syntax can be used to find items that were created or modified on a certain date.
Creation date: {LF:Created="mm/dd/yyyy"}
Modification date: {LF:Modified="mm/dd/yyyy"}
Note: Although the creation and modification dates are displayed using date/time format, you can only search for them by specifying the date on which the desired items were created or modified.
The dd parameter represents the desired day of the month. The mm parameter represents the desired month. The yyyy parameter represents the desired year. A four-digit year must be specified (i.e. 2004).
One use for creation and modification date searches is to find items that were created or modified within a specified date range. For example, if you would like to find all documents that were created or modified the week of June 28th, then you would use the following syntax.
({LF:Created>="6/28/2004"} & {LF:Created<="7/04/2004"}) | ({LF:Modified>="6/28/2004"} & {LF:Modified<="7/04/2004"})
