The advanced search syntax can be used to search for documents that contain pages or those without. The syntax for this type of search is shown below.
{LF:AssociatedPages=Y/N}
The term AssociatedPages specifies whether a document should have pages before it can be considered a valid search result. The following table explains the acceptable values for this search syntax.
Value | Description |
Y | All documents that have pages will be considered valid search results. |
N | All documents that do not have pages will be considered valid search results. |
Note: For the purposes of this type of search, a document is considered to not have pages when you cannot view images or text from the Document window.
The first sample search will find all documents that have pages, while the second one will only find documents that do not have pages.
