The search feature helps you locate documents by looking at the document index for specific words or phrases.
When you perform a word search, you may choose to enable the fuzzy word search option This feature will find all words that approximately match your search query. The fuzzy search feature allows WebLink to find words even if they contain OCR errors or misspellings.
Tip: Fuzzy searches take significantly more time. If you would like to perform faster searches, then you should only enable the fuzzy search option when you cannot find the document for which you are searching. If you are not sure of the exact content in the desired document or the image quality of your scanned documents is poor, then you should use the fuzzy search from the beginning, so that your list of located documents is as complete as possible.
